How should TEETH AND GUM DEFENCE LISTERINE® ANTI-BACTERIAL MOUTHWASH be used?
1. Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons
2. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds
3. Use undiluted
4. Do not swallow For persons aged 12 years and older
5. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing
