Lansinoh Post-Partum Padisicles are pre-made, individually wrapped perineal cooling pads designed to soothe postpartum perineal discomfort after childbirth. Each pack contains 8 pads infused with aloe vera and witch hazel, which can be refrigerated or frozen for cooling relief. To use, place the pad on top of a maternity pad in your underwear. 

HOW TO USE

Preparation: Refrigerate or freeze the padisicle before use. For best results, freeze for longer periods for more intense cooling, or refrigerate for a shorter, more immediate effect.

Application: Before placing the pad in your underwear, you may want to massage the pouch to evenly distribute the gel, especially after shipping. Some users also recommend letting it sit on the counter for a few minutes to allow it to warm up slightly before applying it directly to skin.

Placement: Place the padisicle on top of your maternity pad for soothing relief.

Hygiene: The pads are individually wrapped to ensure hygiene.
