Description

Folic acid is indicated for the treatment of megaloblastic anemia due to folic acid deficiency. It is also used for prophylaxis in chronic hemolytic states, in renal dialysis, and in drug induced folate deficiency. Folic acid is used for the prevention of recurrence of neural tube defects.

Folic acid tablets prevent and treat low levels of vitamin B9 in your body. This vitamin helps form red blood cells, maintains your brain health and supports a healthy pregnancy. You can take these tablets my bout with a glass of water as directed. Take each dose at regular intervals.
