TEETH AND GUM DEFENCE LISTERINE ANTI-BACTERIAL MOUTHWASH, with added fluoride, helps to kill the germs that cause plaque, gingivitis and bad breath; while strengthening teeth, increasing resistance to acid attacks, demineralization and dental caries.
How should TEETH AND GUM DEFENCE LISTERINE ANTI-BACTERIAL MOUTHWASH be used?
1. Twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth 20 ml dose, equivalent to 4 teaspoons
2. Rinse around your mouth for 30 seconds
3. Use undiluted
4. Do not swallow For persons aged 12 years and older
5. Refrain from eating and drinking for half an hour post rinsing
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
Rinse full strength for 30 seconds with 20 ml (2/3 fluid ounce or 4 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow.
