Description

These Gaviscon Double Action Tablets are a form of treatment that helps to relieve the effects of indigestion. The active ingredients in these tablets are:
-Sodium alginate
-Calcium carbonate
-Sodium bicarbonate

These ingredients all help to form a treatment that works in two ways; neutralising any excess stomach acid, and forming a protective barrier over the stomach to soothe the burning sensation in the chest.

What are these Gaviscon tablets suitable for?
These tablets are suitable to be used by adults and children aged 12 and over. Anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in the tablets should not use them. If you have any of the following conditions, speak to a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before using:

-A sodium or calcium controlled diet
-A condition called phenylketonuria

If you take any medication for another condition, seek medical advice before using these tablets. Do not take within 2 hours of using any other medication.
