Description: Optive Plus is a multi-dose sterile solution which contains sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%, glycerine 1.0%, castor oil 0.25%, polysorbate 80 0.5%, levocarnitine 0.25% and erythritol 0.25%, preserved with Purite 0.01% which breaks down into natural tear components in the eye. Date of publication of this package insert: March 2012 How supplied: Optive Plus is supplied in plastic bottles containing 3 ml or 10 ml. Optive Plus is preserved with Purite a preservative in the bottle which breaks down into natural tear components on the eye.
