Description
Savlon antiseptic cream contains the ingredients chlorhexidine gluconate and cetrimide. It used to prevent infection and to clean minor injuries and wounds. It used to treat cuts and grazes, bites and stings, and minor burns. Cetostearyl alcohol may cause local skin reactions and Parahydroxybenzoates may cause allergic reactions.
How many times a day can you apply savlon?
Clean and dry the affected area. Gently apply the Savlon Antiseptic Cream with clean hands. Repeat up to 3-4 times a day if required.
How does Savlon cream work?
Savlon Antiseptic Cream contains two active antiseptic ingredients, Cetrimide and Chlorhexidine Digluconate. Cetrimide acts by destroying the cellular structure of fungal and bacterial microorganisms. Chlorhexidine Digluconate has a broad spectrum and is very effective at reducing bacteria.
